Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following data:

- Phone number (optional)
- Event type (optional)
- Preferred date (optional)
- Message (required)
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to enquiries, discuss bookings, and provide quotes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking pre-contractual steps at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries we receive). We do not use your data for direct marketing without your separate consent.
4. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, or until you ask us to delete it. After deletion from active systems, data may remain in backups for a short period under our service providers' standard storage practices.
5. Recipients
Your data may be transferred to the following processors acting on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — hosts the website and processes form submissions. Transfers to the US rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google Ireland Limited — provides the Google Maps embed on the contact page. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
6. Cookies
Our website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of its own. When you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, you allow the Google Maps embed on the contact page to load — at which point Google may set its own functional and analytics cookies. Until you consent, the map is not loaded and no cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or choosing the option again in the cookie notice.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
